If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your mat or pillow arrives torn, broken, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
30-Day Daily Use Guarantee
We believe in consistent use for real results. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund if:
- You’ve used your Sundog™ Mat every day for at least 10 minutes
- After 30 days, you feel no noticeable improvement in comfort, relief, or overall well-being
How to claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a full refund upon receipt of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mats used for less than 30 days or that show signs of misuse, alteration, or improper care.
